Sent wrong item
I sent the wrong item, which the buyer sent back. I printed a new label and sent the correct item. Since the buyer filed a return to get a return label, ebay is asking me to refund the buyer. How do I void this since I sent the correct item?

Add the new tracking # for the replacement item into the return details. Once the package has entered the tracking system for the carrier or is delivered, contact eBay to have them close the case.
