Sent to old address at buyers mistake
I just received the item back from usps since buyer forgot to change address. Buyer wants the item still and is offering to pay for new label. How do we go about that??

Mentor2 years agoAsk for buyer email address and send them a PayPal invoice for the shipping. If not reshipping from ebay, update the tracking manually on the Order Details.
