Sent refund before I sent the return label now Ebay closed the transaction.
How do reopen the transaction so I can send the return label and get my item back?

Mentor2 years agoI'm sorry, but you cannot reopen the return. The correct steps are to wait for the item to come back to you before refunding.
The buyer is no longer obligated to return the item, but if he is willing, you can purchase a return label outside of eBay (pirateship.com is a popular choice) and send it to him.
