Sent product without Ebay shipping label
I sent a product without an ebay shipping label. My mistake. I won't do it again. The purchaser gave me a review that said "great seller" and I asked them to confirm the delivery but they did not respond. How can I confirm delivery to take the funds off hold?

Mentor1 year ago@joshugate-34 Did you ship with tracking? You can go to the sold item and manually add the tracking this is important.
Tracking can help get your funds released sooner. Tracking is also your proof of delivery and the only way to have an item marked as delivered.
All you can do if you do not have a tracking number is go to the sold item on your orders page and select mark as shipped.
Even with tracking fund holds of up to 30 days are normal for a new or returning seller.
