Sent payout to a closed account

Ebay recently sent a payout to an account that doesnt exist. It was closed years ago. I have deleted that account and given them the correct account. How do I get paid correctly?? Thanks

When the payout is sent to a closed /invalid bank account it will bounce back within a few days and then it will be sent out to the new checking account.

These are the steps you need to take to change your bank account :

1-.Your name and address on your eBay account need to match your new bank account exactly:

2-. On your payments page select the Add Payment option. https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

a-. select add bank account

b-. add the new account.

c-. Make sure the old account is deleted if not you will have to delete it manually
