Sent package, was returned by USPS (wrong box), resent with new Tracking # outside of eBay

Question

I used a Priority Mail box using Ground Advantage label purchased from eBay. USPS returned it to me. I then shipped in a new box, with faster shipping purchased outside of eBay. I have entered the new tracking # into eBay, but cannot cancel the original shipping as it gives me an error message and says to try again. New tracking # does not show current status which I assume it will update later (hopefully).

Just want to clean up the old number so the order will show as completed.

Hi @aargh2k You can't remove the original tracking #. Just follow the tracking for the new label you entered.
