Sent package. USPS hasn’t updated in 5 day

Question

I sent a package in August 7th (Friday). USPS hasn’t updated anything but it says it’s being sent to authentication. I have a crazy kid telling my I’m a scammer because he hasn’t seen an update in tracking. I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want a bad review and eBay support is not available

Your card was listed under Authenticity Guarantee. It was sent to a 3rd party for authenticity and will be shipped to the buyer from there. Still sign up for the updates.

Did you get the package scanned when you left the package at the post office? If not, it's a best practice to be sure the package is scanned at acceptance.

(If you bought your label from a 3d party source, not eBay, did you add the tracking number to the order?)

Once I file the missing mail, I contact the buyer to let them know I am watching the tracking and working with USPS.
