Sent order combined.
Sent two orders combined. The one I printed label
feom says delivered and funds were released The other says not delivered and funds are still on hold. How do
inget released?

Mentor4 months agoYou did not combine the 2 orders correctly. What you can do now is go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Look for the order that you included with the other item. Click the 3 dots, select Mark as shipped. Since there is no tracking number, your payout for that order won't be released for 31 days if the buyer does not file an Item Not Received case.
