Sent item back for return and refund but couldn’t be delivered due to no address existing
I sent the fake knife that was suppose to be authentic back to the seller with the provided return label for a refund. After checking the tracking it says it cannot be delivered due to no such address existing and is now being sent back to original sender which I’m guessing is me. I still have not got a refund and cannot get ahold of anyone on eBay to help. It tells me to go to more actions and select ask eBay to step in but that doesn’t show up as an option for me. I got screwed out of $80 for a cheaply made knife and don’t even have the knife anymore either. Not that i want it. I’ve tried reaching out to the seller numerous times and no response. It’s been over 2 weeks now. eBay needs to really do something about these scammers and the fake products that they are advertising as the real thing. If this issue doesn’t get resolved I’m just done with EBay If this is how they do business. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
