Sent buyer wrong item
I sent the wrong item to a buyer. I don't want the original item back. How can I get a new shipping label?
Customer has opened a return.

Are you asking about a shipping label to send the correct item to the buyer? If so, select Get another label from the dropdown (click the three dots) next to the transaction in your Seller Hub Orders list.
