Sent buyer package 4/27 USPS never scanned , shows last place as buyers city on 5/10and nothing else
Sooo it’s now end of May and on 4/27 sent 3 packages if course the cheapest one shows that I created a shipping label and that’s it. No scan from usps no updates just looks like nothing happened. When I hit tracking its comes up on May 10th as investigation case closed in the buyers city and state. What’s does that mean, last destination looks like it made it to buyers city and then “a case†( I filled btw on usps in early May due to no scan) was closed. I’ve messaged buyer what I’ve done and basically got radio silenced but they did reply they’d let me know when received -( this took almost a month to get reply) anyway now buyer leaves message asking for refund as they still have not receive package - eBay seems not acknowledging with not indicated “â€delivered†or case opened-just nothing.. So I’m out an item the buyers out their $ paid and appears no one gives a F!
