Mentor10 months ago@deanich17 Contact the seller right away and ask them to please cancel as buyer requested if they have not shipped yet.
Sellers are not required to cancel so beg nicely.
Then the seller has to refund you and then relist so you can buy again and put in the correct address at checkout. Sellers are required by eBay to only ship to the address provided at checkout.
IF the seller will not change the address or has already shipped then when / if the item is returned to sender you can make arrangements to pay to ship the item again.
Here's a tip for updating your address in account settings, this will ONLY apply to future purchases>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
