Sent 2 bought items to a single buyer

Question

I was exhausted and I don’t know how I printed out the same label twice but I did. So customer #1 received both her correct item plus customer #2’s item. Obviously customer #2 didn’t receive her item because it went to customer #1.

How can customer #1 return customer #2’s item to me if she doesn’t have access to that item in her purchases? She is keeping the correct item she purchased.

@phenomenalapparel go to pirateship.com and buy a return shipping label.

Save it as a JPG image and send it in an eBay message.

Be sure to keep the correct buyer in the loop.

The item should be returned to you then you ship to the correct buyer
