Sending to another address
Can a purchaser request a different address to be shipped to vs what is on their eBay account? This was done with messaging.

eBay has cracked down on Sellers changing a shipping address based on a message from the Buyer. This is due to fraud. eBay will not support or protect a Seller who changes an address from the one in the Order Details at the time of payment. You can let the Buyer know that eBay does not allow you to change it and ask if they want to cancel. If they agree to cancel, you can go ahead and cancel, refund and relist. Then that Buyer can repurchase it when they correct their shipping address.
Do not let the Buyer tell you that every other Seller on eBay has done this for them.
