sending shipping labels to a buyer

Hi,I have managed to send two packages to the wrong buyer. They are both happy to send on to the correct buyer.My question is how can I send them a shipping label? I don't have there email. Can I ask for it through ebay? and ebay messages doesn't seem to allow sending attachments.any help is appreciated.thank you in advance

This is never a good idea, as one buyer may not do it, or a package could get lost or damaged. Best to have both buyers open Return Requests that you approve to have prepaid ebay return labels sent. Then once back you resend them.

However, if you want to bear the risk, open a free PirateShip account and send pay-on-use labels.

Since the sale is complete, you are allowed to ask for email addresses.
