Sending shipping label for return problem

Question

Can anyone help with the problem I'm having over a return? I'm trying to return a coat which the seller is fine with my returning BUT she doesn't know how to get the shipping label sent to me. I asked eBay "help" for their help, and the person with whom I spoke said the seller had to send the label and eBay wouldn't send it.

So can someone tell me how a seller sends a shipping label to a buyer for a return?

File a Return Request.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
