sending right item instead of refund
I send the buyer the wrong item by mistake. the buyer and I have agreed that once I recieved the wrong item, I will ship him the right one.
I have since received the item back however I think eBay requires that I issue a refund. There is no option of not sending the refund.
How do I just send the right item to him w/o needing to issue the refund?
