Sending return postage to Buyer after return is closed
I had a buyer do a return and I have already completed the return through ebay. I need to reimburse her for the return shipping. I have looked for 30 minutes and can find nowhere that will allow me to send her the return shipping for item. Please help.

eBay does not have a way for you to do this. Ask the buyer what type of payment would work for them - PayPal, zelle, Venmo, paper check. You can then exchange the contact info needed to make that work.
