Mentor1 year agoYou don't. When the buyer files a returns request, you have 2 options. If you accept the return (which is automatic if the buyer states Not as Described), a return label is automatically provided for the buyer to send the item back. The other option is to refund the buyer, which means you do not want the item back, therefore, there is no return label to send to the buyer.
If you have refunded the buyer and now you want the item back, you will need to contact the buyer and let them know you want the item back, and will provide a return shipping label. You won't be able to do this through ebay, but you can use Pirateship.com to print out a label to a file and send the file to the buyer's email address.
