Sending return label to buyer
Hello I'm trying to send a return shipping label to my customer who requested a return, the item arrived damaged. I looked at the help forums and was told that there was a button to send the label directly through eBay however the only option I have is to send a full refund or partial refund. The item was shipped internationally so I'm not certain on how much a label would cost ergo what amount of money would be fair to send the buyer. Buyer is quite impatient 😞 as he wasn't happy with how much tax he had to pay for the product in the first place.

Mentor2 years agoIf you shipped this through the eBay International Shipping Program and sent it to the eBay U.S. hub, eBay is responsible to cover the damage and any refund to the Buyer. The key is how did you ship it?
