Sending product for refund
Is there an email address or something similar to contact eBay? I bought a product and used a forwarding service to ship it to another country since eBay didn't do it. The product cost $240 and the shipping was $280 (due to weight and size). However, the product arrived missing parts and broken, which wasn't as advertised. I requested a refund, and the seller accepted and apologized. eBay then asked me to send it back, but it generated a US shipping label, and it's not worth it for me to pay another $200 to send it back and receive $240. I'll spend $480 to get $240 back. I tried contacting them via chat, but it says to contact an agent. I selected that option, and it said there's only a phone call available. I accepted, and it said they would call back within 2 minutes, but I didn't receive the call, and it gave an error saying the call couldn't be made. There's no other way to contact them, only a phone call. What should I do? Should I cancel the refund and keep the product this way?

Forwarding an item after delivery voids eBay's money back guarantee protection, so you may have difficulty getting eBay to help.
And call back options on ebay.com only work in North America.
Your best bet may be to deal directly with the seller to work out a compromise that you both agree to.
