Sending Offers to Watchers
Some categories do not allow offers to be sent to watchers even after the listing is 10+ days old and the item has been in a shopping cart 5+ days. Is there a list of categories with items being eligible to send offers?

OP3 years agoSeveral hundred watchers in one category of item couldn't all have opted out.

Mentor3 years agoYou may not be able to send an offer if the user has already reached the maximum number of offers or if the user has opted out of receiving offers.
