Sending offers to watchers
Is it possible to send offers to "watchers" if the item is not on the 'Send Offers - Eligible' list?
I rarely have any of my "watched" items show up on that list. It's rather infuriating, because the items that I wouldn't mind sending an offer on, I can't, because they never make it to the list.
That list is rarely updated, and items that I don't want to send offers on, stay on that list forever!
Is there a way? Or do I just have to wait for them to maybe someday, show up on that list?
