Sending offers on multiple quantity listing
I sent offers last week on an item that I have listed with multiple quantities. Multiple buyers have told me the listing will not let them add more than 1 for purchase. They've asked me to send them an offer for the quantity they want but that is not an option for me while the offer is active. eBay info says users should be able to purchase multiple items until the total is used up. I've had to wait until the offer expired so they can order the quantity they want but then I have to refund the difference in price. Not too smooth. An eBay glitch, feature or something I missed?

Sellers can only send an offer for Qty 1
If you allow offers, buyers can send an offer for more than Qty 1
If you come to an agreement with a buyer about a Qty and Price, you can just create a new listing for that buyer. that way you don't have to refund.
