Sending my pickup information to a buyer.
Hello, as a new seller, I need to know how to send my pickup information to a buyer. I sold 2 chairs to a buyer in August at which time they requested a pickup address. I tried to send my address but eBay blocked it. I explained that to the buyer and have been trying to figure out how to do this. Ebay's chat is no help, they can't see the transaction for some reason. Anyone out there???

Did your buyer pay? Once the buyer pays through eBay checkout, there should be no problem sharing your contact info. I have sold a number of items for pickup recently and never have a problem sending address and phone number.
It may be too late for your buyer to pay now, if he hasn’t already paid. If so, it might be easier to start over. You can’t cancel the transaction after 30 days, but since fees are not charged until payment, that really doesn’t matter. Just list the item again, let him buy it and pay for it. Maybe list it with a high price and best offer, then only accept his offer.
