Sending Money
I sold an item to a custome who wasn't happy with the item. I refunded his money. After a few emails he insists on returning the money back to me. How does he do that? We both don't know how to proceed.

The buyer can snail mail you a check.
Or send the money using an electronic method such as PayPal or Venmo.
You are allowed to share contact information after a recent sale. This is not considered an offsite sale since the transaction already took place.
