Sending Item to Different Address
I sold an item that needs to be sent to a business to be installed. The shipping label let's me change all the address information except the zipcode. Is there any way for me to do this?

If the eBay label flow does not let you change it then the answer is no. The advice that @glorybells has provided gives YOU protection.
You are at risk if you do not ship to the address on file. If you are bent on shipping anyway then write the address down, go to the Post Office, pay for a NON-Discounted label at the counter, get a receipt with the tracking number then take that back home and manually type it in on the Add tracking number link on the sold item.

·8 months agoYou are required to send to the address that eBay provided. Changing the address means the buyer can claim they didn’t receive the item, and you would have to refund them in full.
You would need to cancel the transaction as “problem with buyers addressâ€, and have the buyer repurchase, using the actual address they need it sent to when they pay.
