sending feedback
i'm having trouble sending feedback. i hit positive and it lights up then i hit comments and that lights up/ but when i go to the send button it won't light up it's a gray color has anybody had this problem?

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are providing a valid option for each section, including the "rate this item" section if it appears.
If you are sure you are selecting valid options in each section, try using a different browser.

OP2 years agothanks for the information.the funny thing is i've never had this problem before. and i've been on ebay for years
