Sending Buyer a feedback revision request
Buyer is requesting I send a feedback revision request. The only option I see listed for the item is “reply to feedbackâ€. What am I missing on the page or process. Thanks

My guess that the buyer regrets the comment that contains the obscenity that is "camouflaged" but still obvious what it is. The feedback is positive, so it isn't eligible for a feedback Revision. However, depending on which eBay Customer Service representative you contact, you might be able to get the word removed.

The eBay Feedback revision form is ONLY for changing Neutral or Negative Feedback to Positive. It is not for just re-typing what is on a Positive Feedback. Your account has NO Neutral or Negative Feedback so the choice to the Send the revision form would ONLY appear on Neutral or Negative FB.
