Sending an item to a shop for pick up
I have sold and dispatched an item that is to be collected from a Fuel Station - the address included a number - eCP:DZXJAKYZ.
The item is showing that it has arrived at it's destination but my customer is claiming he needs a bar code to pick the item up. I do not have a bar code.
I have sent many of these before and as far as I am aware the customer just needs to show I.D to pick their package up. I have tried phoning the fuel station but they do not pick up.
Please help.
