Sending an item to a buyer

Question

I listed an item for sale and someone bought it. I could not figure out how to ship it. It said to print a shipping label, but I could never figure out how to do that. The app would not let me print a shipping label. Maybe itâ€™s because I was shipping from Alaska. Now they say the buyer wants a refund. I donâ€™t blame him, but it wasnâ€™t my fault that I couldnâ€™t figure out how to ship the item. I donâ€™t know what to do.

@alaskakim Refund the buyer. If you don't eBay will force a refund and then you get a Defect and do not get your sellers fees back.

When starting a new experience such as selling on eBay it is always best to do some research to understand the system. Mistakes in selling can cost you a lot of $.
