Sending an invoice to a customer

I have been having trouble sending an invoice for customer. After paying for the shipping label, I received a message from my customer requesting a revised invoice with the $3.95 signature confirmation fee added to the shipping cost. I searched through my orders, the Invoice button could not be found. What could I do to resolve this issue?

If buyer has already paid the first invoice then you can not send another through ebay without cancelling the transaction and relisting. However, you can ask for the buyer's email address and send a PayPal invoice.

Make sure you cancel the first shipping label and then create a new label with the added service.
