Sending an invoice
How do I send an invoice. The help page says go to my ebay, which I did. Then go to sold. I did that too. Then under actions, pick send an invoice. I cant find the word actions anywhere on the page.

Mentor3 years agoebay sends a message/invoice when the item sells. There is no need for you to send an invoice unless you wish to combine several orders and do not have a shipping rule for that, or if the buyer wants a faster delivery service and you wish to charge more for shipping. You cannot send an invoice if the seller has already paid.
Go to My ebay > Selling > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the down-arrow, click Send invoice

·3 years ago"More actions" or words to that effect (they have a tendency to change wordings as the PR people feel a need to justify their salaries) is the link to bring up a dropdown menu of actions that don't have their own buttons or links on the right side of the particular listing you want to do something in regard to.
E.g. here is one from My eBay: Purchase History:

OP3 years agoYou are referencing a purchase. No need to send an invoice to a seller. I need to invoice the buyer. those 3 boxes on the right side are not on the page.

·3 years agoI was illustrating what the Help Page meant in referring to "actions". I don't have access to any transactions as a seller to see what you would see in your My eBay: Sold or your Seller Hub. (have you looked there?)
