Sending an additional cost invoice after payment has already been made.
After the buyer pays for an item, can I send an invoice for additional cost service he requested? He paid before asking if I would send it via Priority instead of Ground Advantage. He said he would pay the difference. I have sent multiple messages regarding the balance, but he has failed to respond to any of them.

Mentor2 years agoThere isn't a way invoice the additional costs or have the buyer pay the additional costs through eBay.
