sending a video to seller

Question

A seller asks me to send a picture of a non working product. (This is hi bay lighting, a picture will show nothing but a video would show the lights flashing on and off.} I was told to attach a file but ebay has no option to do this on the contact seller page the only option I see is to attach photo. Any answer? I am getting frustrated.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select Return this item from the menu on the right.
Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, add up to 10 images relevant to the reason you're returning the item for, and showing any scratches or defects. Make sure to follow our Images, video and text policy when you're uploading images.
Select Confirm return.
