Sending a return shipping label to a buyer
A buyer wants to return an item that she says does not meet the description. She is asking that I send a return shipping label. I am not sure how to do that and the instructions don't seem to match up what I need to do. Can anyone please assist me and or direct me? I have never send a shipping label to someone returning an item for that reason. I do understand that I need to pay for the shipping. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoBuyer needs to open an ebay Return Request, which you approve and select to either send a return shipping label or refund without a return. If you select a return do not refund until the item is back.
