I wish to pay for the return shipping label for my buyer. Having trouble finding where to send it.

You can’t send a label until your buyer opens a return request. Message the buyer and ask them to open a return with the reason ‘does not match the description. Then eBay will ask you to accept the return and will offer to provide the label (at your expense).
