sending a new invoice for shipping that was not paid
I buyer paid for the item but did not include the shipping cost. How can I issue a second invoice for the shipping?

It is not possible for the buyer to pay for the item without paying shipping charges if any.

Mentor2 years agoYou can ask the buyer for his/her Paypal email address. Then sign in to your Paypal account and either use the Send Invoice or Request Money option.
