If you try sending a direct link to one of your items through eBay messaging the potential Buyer will not be able to click on it. They will have to copy the entire address and paste it in their browser's URL window NOT the browser Search window.
It would be easier to copy the eBay item number off the listing or from the Active list if the eBay ID column is turned on and paste that in a message t the potential customer. They can then copy and paste that number in the eBay Search window and go right to the item.

That would be easier -- unless the reason that the OP needs a direct link is because the listing has not completed indexing yet, in which case it will not be searchable yet.
The buyer would be able to paste the item number into an item link from another item, if the buyer knows to try that.

Go to the item page using a desktop browser, copy the page address from your browser's address bar. You can ignore everything after the item number to make a shorter URL.
You should wind up with something like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/257002841581
You can paste that into an email message.
