sending a combined shipping invoice

I am unable to send a combined shipping invoice to a buyer. I receive a message stating the item is on autopay.

@fantail36 It sounds like you have the Buyer Rules boxes checked in your account that require buyers to provide a payment method prior to making a bid or offer.

Check your account and uncheck the buyer rules options >

Unchecking these options will NOT change the autopayment option on listings that have sold or have bids or open offers.

You can NOT combine shipping when you require payment before bidding or making an offer. ( auto payment)

Your buyer can pay for both items and then you can issue a partial refund for the shipping from the sold item. I recommend taking a bit off of each item. Go to the orders page and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item>

ALSO when you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list . Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
