Send Two Orders on One Package

Question

I had a buyer purchase two items from me. I gave her a discount on shipping and put them in the same package. I added the same tracking number to both orders. The buyer has the items and has left positive feedback.

One order shows that it has been delivered and the funds will be cleared tomorrow. The other order does not show that it has been delivered. Again they are the same package with the same tracking number. How do I fic this?

Check the Order Details and make sure the tracking number is still there and is correct.

Next time, always use the Shipping Manager/Hub to combine multiple orders and let it apply the tracking number to all the items.
