How can I send the exchange item immediately without waiting for the RETURN item, as it was my fault, I sent the wrong size jacket, so I don't want the buyer to have to wait for the correct size jacket.

Hi @juliebar-0 If the Buyer filed a claim to return the wrong jacket then you will have to refund them when you get the item back. It is not clear exactly what you mean by "RETURN" in your post.

Keep in mind that if you send a new jacket you may never get the original jacket back. eBay cannot force a buyer to return any item especially once the refund or replacement is sent.

You would need to purchase a label outside of eBay and then save it as a PDF and email it to the buyer to print out and use to send the jacket back. Most sellers will use Pirateship as they charge the came rate as eBay does.
