Send refund option not available.

Question

I have a buyer that returned an item. He just messaged me and we agreed to a full refund. No case was opened for this. This was a very long drawn-out process. By the time I received the item back it had been over 90 days since the item was purchased. The refund option is no longer available now since it has been past 90 days. Is there a way to refund this through ebay or do I need to refund a different way, i.e. check, venmo etc? Thanks for any feedback.

@guitarzan! Because it's more than 90 days since the sale you'll need to refund offsite.
