Send Refund
I recieved a returned item and I want to Send Refund but when I click on that button it alerts me to add a payment option, but when I click the link to add a payment option it won't let me. More info; In my payout page it says $0 ballance and that $39 is On Hold which was the sale price of the item returned, so does that mean that the refund will be taken from that amount On Hold?

If the funds are on hold you may need to add an alternative payment method such as a credit or debit card in order to pay the refund amount. In that case, when the hold ends the funds will remain in your account.
You cannot return funds that are currently being held.

OP10 months agoOh I forgot, when I try to add another payment method it won't let me. Is there a way to do it besides from that page I'm on with the send refund button?

OP10 months agoOK it allowed me to add my debit card so thank you. I still can't send refund though because now my 'case is pending' all I was trying to do was send the refund I don't know why it's so complicated. I wasn't even trying to 'open a case' I just needed help sending the refund but somehow managed to 'open a case' which implies that I was trying to NOT send the refund, the exact opposite of the situation.
