Send Offers
When someone clicks to 'watch' one of my listings I usually receive a 'send offers' notification from eBay but haven't had any for a while.
Has this finished or do I need to press a button somewhere?

Mentor1 year agoNot every watcher is necessarily eligible for an offer. Some have already received offers, and some may have opted out entirely.
