Send offer to a buyer on watch list.. when I do it is faded and inaccessible
Item listed has a buyer on watch list, but I tried to send offer, the item appears but faded an inaccessible

Mentor2 years agoPossibly the watcher is not eligible to receive an offer; the watcher may have already received an offer, or the watcher may have opted not to receive any offers.
