Send offer query
Hi,
I have another send offer alert to possible buyers but again noone is watching the item. How does this work? It happened about a month ago and I sent an offer but the person didn't pay and I had to give them 4 days and then I could cancel the order. So how does this work if noones watching your listing? I only got to see the persons abbreviated name when i left them feedback.
Thank you.

If a member has your item in their cart, or has viewed your item several times, eBay will let you send an offer.
