Send offer malfunctioning
When I get a watcher and I go to send an offer sometimes it lets me and sometimes it doesn’t? Is there a glitch? If just started this week.

Some users have been having problems making offers via browser. If possible, see if you can make an offer using a different browser or the eBay app.
