Send Offer button not working.

Up until a couple days ago my "send offer" button was working properly. Now when I click on the send "send offer" button it doesn't do anything. Anyone else ever have that problem?

Browser or app? Latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser? Or if you disable add-ons?
