I want to buy a new part from the vendor that sold me a hand-made bag. I keep getting the subject error message when I try to send. I've tried using a different browser. No luck. Can anyone help?

Try a different link.

If you are using a link in a current listing, try going to the seller's feedback or profile page instead and use the contact link there, or vice versa. Do not use an old item number or link to start your message. Avoid including any contact information or anything that might be confused for a phone number or link.

Or try contacting the seller through ebay.ca instead of ebay.com. Or using the eBay app.
